In an attempt to decrease the number of emails, here is one MASSIVE one! There is a lot of important information below. Many items require action on your part. Please read it all!
Raffle Basket:
We still need some more scratch off lottery tickets for our raffle! Please bring scratch-offs to any event or practice and give them to Chuck, Katie, Will or any board member. Raffle tickets will go on sale at the Food Truck Festival next Wednesday, June 11th (there WILL be practice that night).
Team Suits:
Unfortunately, we have been unable to secure a vendor that can provide our SUITS in time for the season. Although team suits are not a requirement, we would like the kids to match as best as possible for the team picture and, of course, meets. With that in mind, if your athlete(s) need(s) a suit, please purchase a Navy Blue suit. The suit we used the last two years is the TYR Durafast Elite Solid in Navy. We use Jammers for Boys. There are multiple options for backs for girls, any will do. To assist with this process, here are a few suggestions you can use to get a suit:
Girls:
Swim Outlet Diamondfit Back (expensive but gives you an idea of what the suit looks like)
Amazon Girls (different back but OK)
Speedo option (Swim Outlet)
Boys:
Swim Outlet Boys (expensive but gives you an idea of what the suit looks like)

Pictures & Team Breakfast:
Our team Pictures and Breakfast will be in two weeks on the 18th at the pool. We will send more info about the timing of this event as it approaches. Click HERE to order pictures. We need food donations and volunteers for the breakfast; please click HERE for the Signup Genius.
Swim Meet Concession Donations:
During our home meets we sell a variety of concession items that are donated by our families. Each family is responsible for donating TWO items from the list. Instructions for drop off are in the form that can be accessed HERE.
Swim Blast:
Reminder, "Swim Blast" is a fun, optional meet that kick starts our season on Saturday June 21st, this year at Manorlu. Please use the following Google Form to register your swimmers (Dive Blast is separate and later in the season).
Judge Clinics:
We still need some folks to judge Stroke & Turn and/or Diving. Clinics are at the times below. Please respond to this email with questions or to sign up!
Stroke & Turn on 6/8 at Maple Manor at

Diving on 6/16 at Maplewood at 6:30
Team Dues:
Pay ‘em! You can pay by check or you can Venmo @umswimclub1 (if you pay by Venmo, please remember to include $3 per athlete to cover fees)
*Per family fee (covers banquet and coach gifts): $25
First Gator: $145
Second Gator: $125
Third Gator: $105
Mini-Gators: $85
(There is a $400 maximum per family)
*Note: this was added to the first athlete last year. It is now a separate fee
