    Champs Week Email 4 (One Stop)

    Hey Gator Fam!

    As promised, the second email of the day is here. I have attached the event assignment as a PDF to this email (it is updated for those we spoke with today). This email should serve as a One Stop Document (I hope).

        • Weather decision will be made around lunch time on Tuesday

        • Swimmers: 3:45pm check in with coaches
        • Volunteers: 4:00pm check in with UM coordinator
        • Meet begins: 5:00pm

        • Cap and Goggles (spares are important, especially at the end of the season)

        • Can be limited, there will be attendants to help and neighborhood parking is available but we are asked to be respectful of residents
    • A Champs
      • Date: Friday, July 24. Rain Date: Saturday (morning), July 25
      • Location: Fort Washington Swim and Tennis Club

      • Time:
        • Swimmers: 3:45pm check in with coaches
        • Volunteers: 4:00pm check in with UM coordinator
        • Meet begins: 5:00pm
      • Bring:

        • Cap and Goggles (spares are important, especially at the end of the season)

        • There is a parking lot and grass parking, carpooling is recommended as neighborhood parking is limited.

      • Monday: AM Practice and Mini-Gators, PM Practice
      • Tuesday: AM Practice and Mini-Gators, B Champs
      • Wednesday: Modified AM Practice Schedule (Unless BChamps is rained out)
        • 8-9 for 12U, 14U, and 15O A Champs swimmers
        • 9-10 for 8U and 10U A Champs swimmers.
      • Thursday: Modified AM Practice Schedule
        • 8-9 for 12U, 14U, and 15O A Champs swimmers
        • 9-10 for 8U and 10U A Champs swimmers.
      • Friday: Modified AM Practice Schedule, A Champs

    Still to come:

    • Pictures that were ordered are in. You can pick them up at practice or get them at the banquet on Sunday, I will not have them at Champs so they don’t get lost.
    • I am waiting for a response on when the 2nd chance Gear Sale will be available, it should be soon!
    • There will be a Sign Up Genius later in the week for people to bring things to the banquet on Sunday, the team buys pizza and we ask for contributions of sides and desserts.
    • We will need help setting up and cleaning up at the banquet on Sunday. Set up will start around 5, clean up will be directly after the banquet.
