Hey Gator Fam!

You should find attached to this email a list of all swimmers events for both A Champs and B Champs. You will see your athlete’s name along with the events they are assigned below that. Age groups are listed in order from youngest to oldest and girls of that group before boys of that group. If they are not listed, it is because you RSVP’d that they were not coming to Champs or because they are ineligible to participate.

Practice this week will look a little different (after today):

• Practice tomorrow, Tuesday 7/21 will be normal practice times for color groups (Red 7:45-9:15, White 9:00-10:00, Minis 9:15-10:00, Blue 10:00-10:45).
• After B Champs (Wednesday-Friday), the practice schedule will change to:
  • 8-9 for 12U, 14U, and 15O A Champs swimmers
  • 9-10 for 8U and 10U A Champs swimmers.
• If B Champs has to be rescheduled due to weather, then Wednesday will be regular practice times, leaving Thursday and Friday with the altered schedule.

B Champs

• The league is aware that Tuesday weather looks concerning, they have informed us that they are monitoring and will make a decision tomorrow.

  • Free Relay
  • Backstroke
  • Breaststroke

A Champs

• Swimmers report to Fort Washington at 3:45 for warm-ups
• Volunteers report by 4:00 to check in.
• Meet begins at 5:00.
• Parking can be tight at Fort Washington so carpooling is recommended.
• A sign up Genius will be sent later today for volunteers to work A Champs.
