Good afternoon,

The Sunny Willow meet from last night will now be finished Friday night because of the miserable weather report for tonight. Any changes to athlete availability must be sent via EMAIL only. The times are below:

• Divers (Divers who finished last night need not attend): 4:15 arrival, 5:00 start
• Swimmers: 4:45 arrival, 5:30 start

Volunteers: If you are attending and were scheduled to work last night you will do the same jobs. We will figure out other volunteers on the fly so please offer to help when you arrive!

In addition, we have a meet tomorrow night at Hideaway. We still need about 7 volunteers (including timers!) so please login to SwimTopia and sign up, especially if you have not fulfilled your 3 slots yet!

Times for Hideaway:

• Diving: 3:45 arrival, 4:30 start (this is earlier than usual because of # of divers and senior night)
• Swimming: 5pm arrival, 6pm start

Other items:

We still need some help and donations for Dive Blast on Saturday. Please use this SIGNUP GENIUS if you can help. Donations (except donuts) can be dropped off in the shed any time (put chocolate in the freezer!). Please bring donuts to the pool around 8:30am Saturday!

Champs! THIS IS CRUCIAL! If you have not done so yet...

1. Please RSVP for kids in SwimTopia for all Championship meets that may apply (A AND B for swimmers, Diving for divers). No matter whether a swimmer will qualify for A or B, select “Attending” for all meets you CAN make it to. Select ”not attending” for champs meets you CANNOT attend. This is important for relay decisions.
2. Also fill out this GOOGLE FORM to indicate preferred events for swimmers. Swimmers who qualify or are close to qualifying for A Champs should make their highest-ranked events their first choices (see below).
