TONS of important info below!

Swim-a-thon and Tie-dye party:

Friday, July 14th will be our Swim/Dive-a-thon and Tie-dye party. Kids will swim laps or complete dives to raise money for the team. There will be prizes for the biggest earners. This has the potential to be the biggest fundraiser of the year! Please email the Google Form link below to potential donors to use to make their pledges. Donors can donate a flat amount or an amount per lap/dive (please encourage the flat amount option for simplicity!). Instructions for submitting donations are in the Google Form. Kids need to bring their own “Tie-dye-able” clothing.

“A” Champs Requests:

1. Vendors: We are seeking vendors to set up shop and sell during the meet (and to our General Membership in the afternoon). If you are interested or know someone who might be, please use this LINKfor info and to sign up.
2. Raffle Baskets: If you would like to donate a basket or know someone who would, please fill out this GOOGLE FORM.
3. Program Ads: We will be publishing a digital program for “A” Champs. If you or someone you know would like to place an ad, please use this GOOGLE FORM. More info (including payment instructions) is included in the Form.

Manorlu MegaDistance Meet:

The Manorlu MegaaDistance Invitational is on Sunday July 9th. This meet is OPTIONAL and each event is twice the distance as a normal meet. See this FLIER for details. To sign up, please fill out this GOOGLE FORM once for each swimmer that will attend.

Car Wash:

The Car Wash is back! Please add the morning of Saturday, July 15th to your calendar for the Gator Car Wash. Sign-ups will begin sometime in the next week.

Reminders:

Please use this SIGN-UP GENIUS to choose items to donate for home meet concessions and bring donations to the shed ASAP.

Please RSVP for the next 2 meets ASAP if you have not done so already (26 RSVP’s missing for 7/6)

Lastly, Ashley Borowski (our esteemed photographer) will be away for our next 2 meets so if anyone likes to take pictures and would like to fill her shoes, please let me know.
