Champs Volunteer Jobs & Schedule

Volunteer requirements have been assigned for A & B Swimming Champs (not yet for diving). Please log in to SwimTopia to volunteer. Most jobs are split so you only have to work the first or second half of the meet.

A Champs (@ Manorlu on Saturday): warm-ups begin at 7am and the meet at 8:30

B Champs (@ Hideaway on Wednesday): warm-ups begin at 4pm and the meet at 5

Championships RSVP/Google Form

Only 53 of over 100 swimmers have filled out the event selection GOOGLE FORM. This should be done regardless of which Championship meet(s) a swimmer is attending. If this is not completed, the coaches will have to choose their events and it CANNOT BE CHANGED after the seeding meeting this weekend. Also, approximately 20 swimmers have yet to RSVP for Championship meets in SwimTopia

Pasta Party

We are considering canceling Monday’s Pasta Party due to low signups, high heat and rain predicted. If you are “stoked” about attending and don’t want it canceled, please sign up to cook HERE.

Banquet Details:

The Gator Banquet is Sunday night (7/31) at 5pm.

• Please fill out this brief GOOGLE FORM to indicate how many will attend. Please fill it out EVEN IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT.
• Please bring $10 cash per family for pizza.
• Families with last names between A & H please bring a side dish.
• Last names J thru W please bring a dessert.

Pre-ordered Championship T-shirts

Shirts ordered online should be available for pick-up at practice Tuesday & Wednesday morning.
