Dear Gator Families,

Thanks to those who helped Time Trials run very smoothly. In order to ensure the rest of the season is equally painless, please take a moment to complete the “Homework Assignments” below ;)

1. Meet RSVP/Volunteers

• Please RSVP NOW for your children for the whole season (if you have not done so already). The coaches need this done 72 hours before each meet.
• You can also choose your VOLUNTEER slots now (minimum 3 per family; keep in mind, set up/break down jobs count as only HALF a slot).

2. *Pictures (6/22 at 8:30am or 6/23 at 5pm)

• Last Names starting in F thru H @ 8:50am
• Group picture at 9:10am
• Last Names starting in J thru O @ 9:30 am
• Last Names starting in P thru W @ 9:50am

3. *Breakfast (6/22, bring food by 8:45)

6. Reminder: PM practice this week was changed to Monday, TUESDAY and Friday.
