Hey Gators!

Lots of important info below, please take a moment to read and follow through where needed.

1. Suit Fittings / Time Trials (Thursday, 6/16)

!!!Suit Change!!!:

The suit we planned on using is no longer available due to supply issues. Unfortunately, the suit we will use in its place is not available in a Girls size 24 through Personal Best. It is, however, available from Amazon. If your child wears a Girls 24 (younger girls around 7 or 8 years old), you may want to consider purchasing it through Amazon as soon as possible so it will be here for team pictures on the 22nd/23rd. Make sure to get the "Lightning Colors" Navy/Red color option (shown below). There will be an option for a solid suit of a similar color for girls who need a 24 but it will NOT be available on site and may not be here by picture day.

Suit fittings will occur on Thursday June 16th starting at 4pm at the pool. Personal Best will be there to handle the suits. Because of the recent suit availability issue, suits may or may not be available on site. If not, they will be delivered early the following week (before pictures). Personal Best will also have accessories like goggles, practice suits and swim bags.

Caps with the team logo will be available for $10 each (while supplies last, please bring cash).

Time trials will begin at 5pm. Every family needs to RSVP for your children (whether coming or not) in SwimTopia ASAP. Also, if you have not done so, please click HERE to volunteer to help run Time Trials.

2. Team Pictures / Team Breakfast

Team Pictures will be taken on the morning of Wednesday June 22nd and the evening of Thursday June 23rd. The Wednesday morning session will include a full team shot and will also be our TEAM BREAKFAST so please make every effort to attend. Click HERE to order your pictures. You can print your order confirmation or just bring the confirmation # to the pool on your phone. FYI, you can order a single photo package of your children together or do individuals.

Team Breakfast Details:

This will be a team building event and some fun time to mingle with old and new friends. We are asking each family to donate something to the breakfast in order to make this event successful. If you are free that morning and want to help out there is a slot on the “Sign-Up Genius” below to do so! Please bring food items by 8:45 am. Click HERE to access the “Sign-up Genius.”

Lastly, tomorrow starts morning practices, check the website for practice group times!
