Gator Families,

Friday Evening will be Swimming Time Trials!  For those not familiar, we ask the kids to swim Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Freestyle at the prescribed distance based on their age group.  This will help the Coaching Staff get an “idea” for the abilities of the Team.  It is NOT mandatory but is highly recommended.

WARM-UPS    5:30 pm

START            6:00 pm

Now, the weather does not look so good for tomorrow evening.  Therefore, we will be TESTING our TXT Message alert system.  So, check your mobile phones…  Please READ the TXT Message, I am sending one regardless of the weather.  I will also follow-up with an e-mail.

Also, please make sure your child has WATER at all swimming and diving events, including PRACTICE.  It’s hot out there, let’s stay safe and hydrated.
