MEET RSVP – FIRST MEET

For our first meet, please RSVP on the Gator's site and please also email coach Steph at [email protected] as well.  Since this is the first meet, we would like to make sure the website is functioning properly and we would like to receive the email as a back up to make sure that your information was received.

To RSVP please go to our site and make sure you are on the Swim Meets Tab.  Even though it says RSVP, only those that are NOT ATTENDING should list their name here.  Thank you.

 

TIE DYE PARTY & POSTER PARTY

These two events will be combined into one on FRIDAY 6/23.

Tie Dye Party – The team will supply the dye for the shirts, there will be some markers and rubber bands available to use.  We do suggest bringing your own sharpies or other fabric markers as well as some extra rubber bands just in case.  For those new to the team, AC MOORE has cheap plain white t-shirts available.  Michael’s may as well.  If you have any questions about the Tie Dye party, please contact Kelly Toumbanakis at [email protected]  or Dianne Shupp at [email protected]

 

Poster Party – The team will supply poster boards and will have some markers on hand.  You may bring your own appropriate markers or decorations and we may be able to use them as well.

Per Coach Steph’s email the timeline for these events, as well as every Fun Friday Practice, will be as follows:

High School Swimmers Practice: 7:30am – 9:00am

14 and under practice (younger ones may come as well to work on technique): 9:00am – 9:30am

FUN FOR EVERYONE: 9:30am – 11am

 

TEAM BREAKFAST & PICTURES 6/28

Wednesday June 28th will be our team picture day as well as a team breakfast.  We ask that families bring the following according to the first letter of their last name.

A – M: Breakfast foods such as donuts, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, etc

N – Z:  Beverages, such as water, orange juice, apple juice, juice boxes, etc.  *Please bring individual serving sized beverages as we will not be providing cups.

We will report for pictures followed by our team breakfast. 

Picture ordering envelopes were given out at time trials. If you are still in need of one, please let us know.
