Picture Day, Tie Dye, Team Breakfast Info & Reminders
Hello Gators! There is a lot of info in this email, so please read all the way through!
Team Pictures
Team Pictures are tomorrow promptly at 9am. Please arrive before 9am and ready to share those Gator grins! If you did not receive an envelope order form, there will be some available tomorrow morning.
Team Breakfast & Tie Dye Party
Team Breakfast and Tie Dye Party will immediately follow the pictures.
For the breakfast, we ask that families bring the following according to the first letter of their last name.
A – M: Breakfast foods such as donuts, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, etc
N – Z: Beverages, such as water, orange juice, apple juice, juice boxes, etc. *Please bring individual serving sized beverages as we will not be providing cups.
For the Tie Dye Party – The team will supply the dye for the shirts, there will be some markers and rubber bands available to use. We do suggest bringing your own sharpies or other fabric markers as well as some extra rubber bands just in case. For those new to the team, AC MOORE has cheap plain white t-shirts available. From Kelly:
This Wednesday we will tie dye our shirts.
All you will need is a white shirt and a plastic bag.
We recommend you write your child's name on the tag of their shirt and on their plastic bag.
Below are some cleaning instructions.
1. Let your shirt sit over night for best results
2. Rinse your shirt until the shirt runs clear (cool water)
3. Let your shirt dry
4. Wash and dry once separately. That way it does not run onto other garments.

It's time to pre-order your champs shirts! A picture of this year's shirts is attached. Unlike previous years, there will not be many extras ordered or sold on the day of champs (both A and B champs) so if you would like to purchase please preorder to ensure that you get the sizes and quantities you need! Preorders are due to the Colonial Swim League before July 1st. Kerry Butterworth will be collecting orders and money at events below: |
