See you later at Sunny (we hope) Willow....

After looking at every weather app out there, and consulting with a friend that is a meteorologist at Accuweather, we have decided to move forward with the meet tonight. The weather forecast has improved enough that we feel we can safely have the meet, although as we have all seen over the past few days, there is still a likelihood of rain that can pop up at any point. Fortunately, thunderstorms are less likely though.

If your team members can bring canopies, that would be ideal for the team areas. If we can cover the timer areas, we will do so, but timers may want to bring umbrellas as well.

If the weather forecast dramatically changes in the next 2 hours, I will be in touch, otherwise we will see you this evening.

Keeping our fingers crossed that it goes off rain & thunder free for our kids!
