TEAM PICTURES & TEAM BREAKFAST

PICTURES - Team pictures are next week, THURSDAY 6/28 at 9am at the Tillman pool. The picture of the entire team will be taken first, so please be on time! Once the team photo is done there will be two stations set up for individual/sibling pictures.  J.C. Campoli will be doing our pictures again this year. He has been purchasing new equipment better suited for swim team photos and has assured us that photo quality will be better this year than it was last year.  Order forms will be given out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during practices. They will also have some available the morning of pictures.

BREAKFAST – Team Breakfast will immediately follow pictures. For the breakfast, we ask that families bring the following according to the first letter of their last name.

A – M: Breakfast foods such as donuts, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, etc.

N – Z: Beverages, such as water, orange juice, apple juice, juice boxes, etc. *Please bring individual serving sized beverages as we will not be providing cups.

FIRST HOME MEET

Our first home meet will be Tuesday June 26^th vs. Sunny Willow. This year we will be doing themed home meets again since they were a hit with the kids last year! Our first home meet will be RED, WHITE & BLUE themed. Please have your child wear their regular team suit, but have them also get decked out in RED, WHITE & BLUE! They can wear leis, bandanas, shirts, jackets, etc in red, white, and blue to help drum up some team spirit on our first Team Theme night!

Also, since this is a home meet and we need to stock our Gator’s snack stand (the team table, NOT the Gator Grille) we are asking families to donate food/drink items. Donations can be left with Lisa Focht after practice or at the swim shed during practices and a committee member will take care of them. Please bring your items by Monday June 25th, so that we can take inventory and be prepared in time for our first home meet. We are in need of the following items:

Cases of Gatorade, preferably the medium size (around 22 oz?).

Cases of Water

Cases of individual size bags of chips

Candy - some of our big sellers are: Pixie Stix, Cow Tails, Airheads, Airhead Extremes, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Skittles, Runts, Gummies. Please keep in mind it will be hot, so things that melt, such as Chocolate are not the best idea for the snack stand.

WAWA HOAGIE FUNDRAISER

FLASH GEAR SALE

We will be having a flash gear sale from Monday 6/25 through Monday 7/2. If you missed it last time, now’s the time to get your Gator spirit wear! Lots of great looking Gator fans were representing at our meet last night! Stay tuned for the link to the store coming Sunday night.
